For sunscreen, skin-care sets, and accessories ordered here, the delivery options and their charges are presented before checkout is completed. Please review your destination and the available service before paying.

From preparation to delivery

We normally prepare a payment-authorized order in 1–2 business days. After the carrier accepts it, transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. These are separate estimates, not a promised arrival date; weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from business-day counts.

Tracking and address details

Use a complete, accurate shipping address. When tracking becomes available, follow the carrier updates; an early scan or a delayed update does not necessarily mean the parcel has reached you. Delivery availability and fees depend on the checkout destination and selected service.

When a parcel needs attention

If tracking stalls, a parcel is lost, a delivery scan appears before receipt, or the package arrives damaged, email nandurathod680@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking number if issued, and relevant photos so we can investigate with the carrier.
