Terms of Service

Using this storefront means using its pages and checkout lawfully, without interfering with the service or misusing content. Product descriptions, images, and availability help shoppers choose an item, but occasional errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.

Orders and charges

Submitting an order is an offer to buy; acceptance follows payment authorization and our order review. Checkout presents the current USD price, applicable taxes, delivery choice, and total before confirmation. A rejected authorization or unavailable item may prevent acceptance.

Delivery and after-sales care

We normally prepare authorized orders in 1–2 business days, with estimated carrier transit of 4–6 business days thereafter; carrier events can affect timing. New eligible defective and non-defective goods may be returned, and eligible exchanges are accepted, when requested within 30 days after delivery. For a non-defective return, the item must remain new and unused. Approval comes before mailing; the parcel contains a free prepaid return label and no restocking fee applies. Following refund approval, we process and initiate the original-method refund within 10 days, with bank posting possibly taking longer. See the Refund Policy for details.

Content and rights

Store content is protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights. Terms may be updated as permitted; questions can be sent through Contact Us.
